A native of Santa Barbara, Cyndi began her real estate career in Los Angeles in the 1990s before moving back to Santa Barbara, where she married husband, Andrew Wilson, also a native of Santa Barbara. With a background in new construction, Cyndi was soon hired by Investec Real Estate of Santa Barbara to market and sell the new Investec projects. Cyndi sold out nearly the entire Sungate Ranch project within 18 months while running the sales office, and worked in tandem with Investec executives, the project manager, the construction team and the design center, and became a trusted advisor to her clients.

Cyndi joined the prestigious local real estate firm Pitts and Bachman before joining the Sotheby's International Realty team. As a child in Santa Barbara, Cyndi was involved in youth theatre and local politics, and was a community leader and organizer even as a teen. Cyndi has strong community ties and a vast understanding of the many subtle nuances of Santa Barbara and its history.
